Quail Crossing Golf Club

Don't often write negative reviews but I am this time. The golf course is practically unplayable. Played the course 2 years ago and was in great shape, some how it got away from them. Looks like crabgrass everywhere, fairways and greens. Hopefully they can turn it around next year, there is no way of saving it this year, might as well close the course.

I played 18 on 7/26 at Quail Crossing and left disappointed. While around $50 is a reasonable price for a round, the condition of the greens on most holes was far below what I would expect. They were in very poor shape and had a significant impact on the experience. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency. There was nothing on the website mentioning the condition of the greens, and it wasn’t brought up when I checked in at the clubhouse. If I had known beforehand, I could have made an informed decision about whether to play. I don’t mind paying for golf, but I do expect honest communication about course conditions. If you’re considering playing here, I’d recommend asking about the greens before booking your tee time.

The staff is very friendly and the course is trending in the right direction. Greens look great, the rough has been cut back to help the pace of play if you need to scan for a ball. Looking forward to summer and seeing the progress.

I wanted to take a moment to share what an absolute gem Quail Crossing Golf Club is for the Boonville community. My son was married there this past weekend, and the entire experience was beyond beautiful. The venue itself was stunning, well-kept, welcoming, and the perfect setting for such a special day. But what truly made the experience exceptional was Pam and her staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure everything was perfect for our family and guests. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Quail Crossing exceeded every expectation. They created an atmosphere that was warm, organized, and unforgettable, and it made our son’s wedding day even more meaningful. Boonville is fortunate to have a place like Quail Crossing representing the community so well. I simply wanted to make sure their hard work and dedication were recognized and appreciated.

This course is fairly beautiful for being a public course. Affordable, welcoming staff, and overall a pleasant experience. The carts are all newer, and quiet. The fairways are all just about perfect, as well as the greens are really well taken care of. Definitely a lot of fun, and will be here again soon!
